We are travelling in April, 2 nights at universal and 3 at GF.

My son really wants to go to Legoland on our "transition" day. How should we do this.... Car service? Car rental? I know it is quite a drive.... But we have no use for a car on the other days of the trip.

Advice, please! :confused3

I'd think that a one day car rental would be the most cost-effective way to go. It's around 40 miles from the theme park areas of Orlando to Legoland but I'd think that a car service down and back would be pretty expensive. Check out mousesavers.com for car rental codes and discounts.

I thought I read somewhere that there is a shuttle from one of the malls in Orlando. I think it was around $15 per person. You would still need to get to/from the mall, so factor in that cost. You would also have to abide by their hours. Parking at Legoland is $12.
