We are having breakfast at Park Fair on Aug 20 at 9:30. We will then be going to MK afterwards and MK will be open till 1:00am that Sunday. My question is should we drive to MK and then ferry it over to GF? Do we just dirve to GF and then drive to MK or should we take the bus. If we drive how much time should we allow to get there. We are staying at ASsp. Thanks for the help.

My suggestion is to take the bus to MK then either take the boat or the monorail over to the GF. Give yourself plenty of time to get their, but it should be pretty easy. Plus, you can just hop back on the boat or monorail to get back to the MK.

Hope this helps :)

My personal opinion:

Take the bus to the MK, and then take the boat to the GF. It is alot faster than the monorail. So, I would suggest that.

You could catch the monorail, but you will have to go all the way around the monorail line to get to the GF.

When you are done eating, get on the monorail from GF because MK is your first stop! :wizard:

I would plan on leaving ASSp aroun an hour before your meal time. (An hr and a half if you want to be safe or maybe have a few extra minutes to look around the GF) You never know when there will be traffic, or a slow bus.

I hope this helps! Please feel free to PM me if you have any more questions!

I agree that a bus to MK and then either boat or monorail is the best choice. I would leave at least an hour and 15 prior to your ADR as that is a busy time of the day for transportation.

The boat is definately faster to the GF if it isn't just leaving the dock when you arrive. When you get off the bus glance toward the boat dock and see if the GF/Poly boat is just pulling away - if it is - take the resort monorail - it will be faster

If you take the boat to GF you need to walk about 200 yds to the main lobby (where the 1900 PF is located), so if you have a wheelchair take the monorail otherwise as others have posted the boat to GF is faster.

However on the return to MK take the monorail. The monorail from GF to MK is direct and just happens to be on the 2nd floor of the lobby building.

The monorail is fun for the kids, I would incorporate that.
