Best way to get from LGB to Disneyland

I know this was already posted, but is it better to go surface streets or freeways. Looking for directions for the surface streets way and wondering how traffic will be around 5:00 tomorrow evening?

This is my favorite question to answer - here's a Mapquest map. Can't get much straighter than that. Traffic at 5pm on a Sunday shouldn't be too busy.
