Best way to get from HS to World Showcase?

I was wondering what the best way to get from HS to world showcase is? DH decided at the last minute he wanted to add another EPCOT ADR into our plans . The only one I could get was on our HS day. So we'll have to leave HS early and head to WS for our dinner ADR. Our ADR is for 6pm. TIA

Walk along the pathway in between Hollywood Studios and the Epcot International Gateway or take the boat. Walking will take you about 20 minutes, the boat will take about 30 minutes plus wait time.

Of all the times I've been to WDW I had no idea you could walk from HS to EPCOT! Thanks

I just want to add to be aware of the weather. If there is any chance of rain take the Friendship boat which boards at the dock right outside the DHS. There is very little cover once you start that walk. The boats stop along the route at the Swan/Dolphin, Boardwalk, and Beach/Yacht clubs. They run continuous loops from the DHS to the Epcot International Gateway from early mornings until late.

Isn't there a boat/walk hybrid method? At the YC/BC boat stop, get off and walk to epcot. This avoids waiting for the boat to stop at the boardwalk.

I meant to see if this works the last time I was there, but I completely forgot, and now I can't even remember the order of the stops. Anyone?

Really, it depends how your feet feel about walking that particular day.

Yep. The boats stops - in order - are DHS, Swolphin, Beach/Yacht, Boardwalk, then EPCOT. You'll save time, and have a nice short walk, if you get out at Beach/Yacht and walk from there.
