Best way to get from HS to CR

We will be staying at Poly. We will have our car but would like to use disney transportation on our HS day. What is the best way to get to HS in the AM from Poly? Also what is the best way to get to CR from HS for our dinner ADR at the Wave in the PM. I assume we can just take the monorail from CR to Poly after dinner. Thanks

There is a bus directly from the Poly to HS. Similarly, there is a bus directly to the Contemporary from HS. Yes, after you eat at the Contemporary just hop on the monorail to get to the Poly. Have fun!

DHS, Epcot, Beach Club, Yacht Club, Boardwalk, Swan, Dolphin are on connected waterways. This is the only grouping with a single, continuous loop that stops at each location - well, YC/BC is one stop.
MK, Grand Floridian, Polynesian, Contemporary, Wilderness Lodge, Fort Wilderness are on a separate connected set of waterways.
Disney Springs, Saratoga Springs, Old Key West, Port Orleans French Quarter, Port Orleans Riverside are on a third set of connected waterways.

As noted above, yes there is a boat at DHS, but it won't get you where you want to go. It only goes from there to Epcot, stopping at the Epcot resorts along the way.
