Best way to get from Disney Resort to Universal Studios

We are trying to get from Beach Club to Universal for the day. There are 5 of us and was thinking a car service but want flexability to go early and come back when we want to. Understand we may need to call an hour ahead of time. Any suggestions ??

For the sake of time and info.......you will spend $19 pp to get to, and from, WDW to us/IoA. You can either tell them when making your reservation, the time you want to leave US/IoA, or you can give them a call a few hours before you are ready to leave and they will tell you what to be at the bus stop.
A car service may be a better way to go. The coat will be about the same but you'll have a bit more flexibility.
