Best way to get from CSR to GF?

We have a pirate cruise one morning, where we need to be at GF between 9 and 915am.

I was wondering what the best way was to get there using Disney transportation?

Alternatively how much would it be to do this by cab, approximately.

Best way using Disney transportation is to bus to the MK and then either take the monorail or the launch (if it's running) to the GF.

Cab is probably around $20 plus tip.
