Best Way to get 3 rooms next to each other?

Your best chance for an answer to your question would be to post in on the Resorts board. Good luck! Sounds like you will have quite a group going to WDW.

When we needed rooms next to each other for family, I just asked when I reserved them and upon arrival. Viola no problem!

Just a thought...
Unless you are dead set on staying onsite, have you considered renting a house? You could get a 3-bedroom house for about the price of one room at CBR. You'd have way more space, a full kitchen and a private pool.

Here on the resorts board will be able to give you some great information::yes:: :wave2:

You might want to consider a Djisney Vacation Club. They have 3 bedroom units that include full kitchen diningroom and livingroom. Just a thought, Cost miight be OK or it could be lots Ask a DVC member to check for you.

I don't think there is any way to guarantee it....I have heard when there is a 'Magical Gathering' they make an effort to group the rooms....last week we had 3 adjacent rooms in Fiji at Poly and a 4th one door down....we only added the request 2 days before we left....it was a slow week, I suspect it will depend on how busy the resort is, what day you check in, etc. Good luck!

We returned late October and had 3 rooms. Adults in all of them. Try as I did, they kept the rooms next to each other. They even changed our rooms after assigning them the first day because there was a leak in one room, and sure enough the 3 rooms again were side by side. All I can say is Pop Century must have a great room assigning staff. I told them they didn't have to be near each other, but they insisted on keeping us together. I never asked for them to be near each other, but did reserve all 3 rooms on one ressie. So you should ask when you make your reservation. The only way to be guaranteed a connecting room is if there are minor children and no adults in one of the rooms. (If you have 3 rooms and 6 adults, they will not guarantee connecting rooms.)

The best way to get 3 rooms together is to have all three rooms booked under the same name and comments on them that say traveling with so and so...

Now you generally don't need to go to that extent. Just make sure and call back and double check that the reservations have comments on them that state travleling with so and so would like rooms connecting and/or adjoining.

(connecting= physical door inside the rooms that connect them...
adjoining= rooms side by side no interior connecting door).

They may not be able to get connecting rooms for you but as long as they say that you are traveling together they "should" be as close as they can get them. Room assigners don't block too much anymore, but travel withs are on thing they still get ahead of time :)

We were assigned three rooms next to each other on our trip in 1999 at All-Star Music. There were no problems at all!

We were also assigned three rooms next to each other on our September 2004 trip at All-Star Movies. The only problem was, we didn't need three rooms together. We had requested two disabled access rooms and one regular room. The disabled access rooms are above each other not next to each other. They had to scramble to get us the second accessible room and did give us a credit for the mixup.

So I believe if you have three rooms on the same reservation, they are more than happy to put them together.

I did this this past September, we had a party of 11 and we were considered a "Magical Gathering", no package or anything, room-only but I did have the reservations all under my name and we were given exactly what you want, 2 connecting room and one adjoining. The best thing about having the Magical Gathering is a no. you are assigned and you can make your PS with that and they try to keep you together. HTH:teeth:

Wow thanks everyone! On a side note I'm not sure if I'm really liking the new site design, cause I was so used to the other one. I'll adjust though.
