With the impending hurricane, it's safe to assume some people who would be flying into Florida will be changing their plans. So, as those cancelations happen, would there be deals available? And if so, what would be the best resource for finding those?

Historically, no.

As people cancel because it's not safe to travel, Disney isn't encouraging more people to come instead.

And just as there are those who can't come in on vacation, there are those who won't be able to leave early (tomorrow) or on time (Thursday/Friday) and those people would take over the cancellations. Not to mention those evacuating from points south in FL. When Andrew came through (and that's what the news here is comparing Matthew to right now) WDW was completely booked supposedly.

Disney only offers discounts when they've got rooms sitting empty. That won't be happening, a lot of evacuees from the Atlantic coast will be heading for Orlando.
