best way to DTD from MK

Are we able to take a bus from TTC to DTD? I'm thinking not, so what is the best way to get there from MK?

Walt the the Contemporary and catch the DTD bus or...

Bus to Saratoga Springs, get off at Congress Park and walk to DTD or...

Bus to Port Orleans, boat to DTD.

I would take the Bus to Saratoga Springs, then getting off at the Congress Park stop and using the walkway to Downtown Disney.
