Best way to do Epcot tier 1 rides?

I've been playing around with Wait Times and available Fast Pass times over the weekend, and I'm not seeing any Frozen or Test Track Fast Passes pop up for a group of six and only very limited appearances of Soarin.

We are going in mid-March so I figured that Columbus Day weekend might give us an idea of comparable crowd effects.

I had thought we would probably Fast Pass Test Track, Rope Drop Frozen, and plan on a 4th Fast Pass for Soarin. But we do not want to miss Soarin (and we won't last all day into the evening), so now I'm rethinking it.

The wait times for Frozen at about 9:30 am don't seem too bad, so we may decide to Rope Drop Soarin and then head to Frozen and anticipate about a 30-minute wait there.

The one thing I'm sure of is we don't want to contend with the Rope Drop stampede to Test Track, so it will be our FP for sure.

What are the recommendations for those entering thru the international Gateway?

FP TT, walk directly to Frozen at RD, wait will be less than 10 minutes, then go directly to Soarin, wait will be less than 30.

Is it still true that there are no Fastpasses for FEA until 11? I know this was the case when we went in 2017, but I am not sure if it is still the case. If it is, this makes the standby line quite a bit faster in those two hours, so you could rope drop TT and then head to FEA for standby.

No, FP+ now starts at 9am.

Its amazing, but the walk from the main gate or the IG is about the same to all 3 rides.

I think Robo had a drawing of that at one time that showed the distance and time almost equal.

We're struggling with our plan to do the epcot big 3 also. We're going July 4th

Our 2nd MK day is July 6, following a resort day on July 5. We could rd epcot for 1 ride then hop to mk. But I'd rather rd mk that day.

Right now I'm leaning rd fea, then soarin stand by, and fp th.

Problem is, we're planning on doing the mk desert party for the July 4th fireworks on July 3. Rd would not be easy - unless gondalas are running (we're at cbr)

We always FP TT since it goes down so much and then it becomes an anytime FP.

I would RD Frozen, go to Soarin and then FP TT.

What works best for us is rope drop Test Track, head to Soarin, then FP+ for FEA (late morning/early afternoon). Soarin's wait times have dropped in recent months and it will have the shortest wait throughout the day between the 3 headliners. Another option is to rope drop Soarin, FP+ FEA, and use single rider for Test Track at any point during the day, but that means all 15 in your party will likely ride separately and it will just take longer.

We don't like rope dropping FEA because its a longggg walk back there, and those with pre-park opening breakfasts at Akershus (and sometimes Garden Grill) usually beat you to the line.
