Best way to contact Member Services about a great CM?

I had an exceptionally good experience with a CM at Member Services recently, and I'd like to contact them and let them know. Looking at the Member Services site, the only subject of email that would fit is "other". Is there a better email (or snail mail??) address to use? I just want to be sure I'm taking the best route, and that hopefully it won't get lost in a sea of "miscellaneous questions". If that's the only address, then I guess it will have to do!

I used the other to send Member Satisfaction an email about the CMs I had in October (two great ones).
 
They best way is to complete the survey before you hang up the phone if you called.

Via email you can send your comments, good or bad to Member Satisfaction.

But this was after having numerous problems with a particular issue, and speaking to several CMs over a period of months, to no avail, and then not only having this CM fix the issue, but was sweet, funny and reassuring that she would not get off the phone until the problem was resolved. I'd like to pass on my appreciation beyond a survey.

The phone survey gives you a prompt for a call back where I record my comments and tell them that the call back isn't necessary. The system attaches the survey and comments to the CM so they know who you are talking about.

Or you can go to disneysurveys.com and enter DVC as the keyword/passcode at the bottom of the page. (They tell you this before and after you do the survey).
