Best way to call home

I run a business from the house,and I wanting to call home while I am gone.What is the best way to call home?When I called AT and T yesterday I was told that the only prepaid calling cards that work from the Bahamas to home are the ones bought there.Is this true?Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your <b><i>best</i></b> and cheapest option would be to use email as much as possible.

You can use your <b><i>regular</i></b> AT&T card (as opposed to your prepaid card) using their AT&T Direct Access program...

Thanks!I will definitely keep that in mind.It sounds to me like I might as well sign up to AT and T for direct access.It is good to hear though that it does work as I was afraid it wouldn't.
