Best way to ask ...for the best site / loop?

We're coming up In august, and wanted to get some advice on the best way to ask for a specific loop......!

The best and easiest thing to do is to make sure your request is noted on your ressie. You can also fax(the info is in the FAQ thread), but noting it on your ressie is really the easiest way to request something.

you can request a loop but not a site.. and the fax is a great way to remind them.....
