Best way from Harbor Hotel to Goofy's Kitchen

We've never eaten at Goofy's Kitchen before and have it planned for our Oogie Boogie Bash day. We are staying at Castle Inn and Suites and plan to brunch at Goofy's then return to our hotel for rest, swimming, and costume changes before heading over to DCA before 3. We will have our car. Should we drive to the Disneyland Hotel or walk through Downtown Disney? My kids won't nap so I'm trying to let them sleep in as late as possible.

With little ones, I would probably drive. It's about a 25-30 minute walk from where you are through Downtown Disney. Then it's another 25-30 minute walk back. It's only like a 3-4 minute drive.

You get free 3-hour parking in the Disneyland Hotel parking lot when visiting Goofy's Kitchen.

Unless you want to make the walk through Downtown Disney an 'event' and leisurely go through the shopping areas, I'd drive.

I would drive. If you walk through downtown Disney you’ll have to deal with security on Harbor, and then exit security before the DLH, and then do the same in reverse if you walk back through DD.

It took us exactly 25 minutes last night to walk from Harbor (Desert Inn) to Trader Sam's @ DL Hotel.

I'd drive. We walked one time from Harbor before we realized how far it was and it was a very long walk with littles. You get free parking in the lot.
