i usually just book online. but we finally got platinum and want to get the best upgrade possible,should we call universal, or online or thru loews club

Call the number on LOEWS website.... make SURE they note it in your reservation , so have your # handy. Also, they will upgrade you to a King Suite for the standard room price... pretty nice room. You should also ask them about the $100 food&beverage credit/spa credit! (remember, Hard Rock doesn't participate in Loews anymore, so they won't honor any perks)

If you are Plat, you have to call and ask for your upgrade.

You can be upgraded to the Portofino Suite too if you're plat.
