Best way back to POFQ from MK

After dinner at Narcoosee’s, I plan on doing some rides at night. Is the best/quickest way back to POFQ to take the Monorail to GF and then order a taxi/ride share?

And, as long as I’m here…is the quickest way to MK from where Narcoosee’s is the boat or monorail ?

Narcoossee's is already at the GF, so I would definitely just grab a rideshare or cab from there back to POFQ if you're looking to save time.
Narcoossee's is right near the boat dock, so that would likely be your quickest way over to MK from there if there is a boat waiting. If not, it's a fairly quick walk over to the monorail station; the monorail runs more frequently than the boats do.

I like the monorail from GF to MK but not so much the reverse, I much prefer the boat coming back because GF is the first stop on it. On the monorail it's the last before MK so you have to do almost the whole loop when returning from the park.

If you’re returning to MK to do some rides after dinner, why not just take the bus from MK to POFQ? If you’re leaving in a crowd (right after fireworks, for instance), the wait for the boat or the monorail, followed by walk to GF front entrance and wait for rideshare, might not be much shorter than waiting for and riding the bus. And if you’re staying some time after fireworks so that crowds are lower, again you’ll have to wait for transportation to GF or to POFQ. Or did I misunderstand, and you’re leaving from GF after dinner?

You don’t have to go to the TTC to catch the bus to POFQ; that will be from the MK bus depot right at the park.

You can return to or go to Magic as long as the park is still open. French Quarter buses leave from load zone #18. If the Magic Kingdom transportation is running but the park is closed you will not be able to go to Magic for the transfer.

Oh, I could do that…I was just trying to avoid the long walk to the buses, that’s why I figured on leaving from GF. Of course that way is more convoluted - I don’t know what I was thinking, lol

Yes, the walk to the bus isn’t much longer than the walk to the GF boat or the resort monorail. No need to go to TTC - no Disney resort buses there!
