Best wait time app

Is the official Universal app good for accurate wait times? Should we get a touring plans subscription? Undercover Tourist?

We will be there with 4 day tickets last week of January. I know the official apps, aren't the best at Disney for wait times, I was curious about Universal. We haven't been to Universal since 2015. I'm sure my app game was pretty weak back then.

The Universal app works great.

The Universal App wait times match with what the signs outside the rides say. It seems to update frequently too.
