Best Views from Garden View Room at GF

We will be staying at the GF Sept 2-9th. We have a sandard Garden View room and would like to put in a request for certain area or building. Any suggestions for the best views in the Garden View Rooms?

First of all, there are no bad standard view rooms. All the rooms look out onto gardens, pools, marina or the best in my opinion, part of the lagoon and monorail.

We stayed in a Garden View room in Conch Key and could see the marina, Sago Cay building and the monorail.

Sago Cay will look out onto the monorail or marina.

Boca Chica will look at the main pool/landscaping.

Big Pine will look at pool area.

Also, each building has a different theme. Conch Key and Big Pine (I think) are Alice in Wonderland. Sago Cay is Swan theme with characters from Wind in the Willows. Boca Chica is the floral theme. Sugar Loaf (which is Lodge concierge) is cameo theme with the fairies from Sleeping Beauty.

I think all the garden views are amazing at the GF- it's hard to get a bad view- watch out for trees though- someone here once commented that their 'view' was of one of the trees and not much else. I think some of the big pine key views are obscured, but I may be wrong on that one- hopefully someone else will have more of an idea and will point you in the right direction.

The grounds of the GF are magnificent- you're going to love it.

We stayed at the GF in Feb. in the Conch Key building in a standard GV room and had the most awesome view!! We not only had GV but also pool and lagoon view!

We had room #4422 ~ a dormer room and it was in the Alice in Wonderland theme. We were able to see the courtyard pool and had a great view of the WL across the lagoon and were nice and close to the boat dock. And of course the GV grounds right in front of our building. I'd definetly book standard GV again after that stay!
