best value/mod with breakfast

So we are planning a girls trip for Feb. and I was wanting to find out what are some of the good hotels in a value/mod budget that has a breakfast included. Thank you for your help.

I assume you are thinking Value/Moderate as in wdw. You should focus your search on Harbor drive. Almost all of these places are motel style, exterior walkways. All of the hotels across harbor from the parks are within easy walking distance to the gates for normal walkers.

I would suggest Park View inn and Candy Cane inn.

I agree. The Candy Cane is a good deal. We are going in Feb. during President's week and we are paying a little over $100/night. I like having the free breakfast and parking. Plus the Candy Cane is one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed.

Another vote here for the Candy Cane Inn. It's convenient and close to the parks, with its own dedicated shuttle (which we rarely use, because it's only a 5-7 minute walk to the entrance.) Also, with free breakfast and parking, it's one of the best deals around. I know that there are those on the boards that are HoJo's lovers, but we love the Candy Cane.

If you're not concerned with being within walking distance, Embassy Suites North has worked out well for us. It's about four miles from the park, and includes a full breakfast (including custom omelettes). Their site is showing about $120/night for a room. When we stayed, we got it through Priceline and paid $60/night for a two-room suite, so it was a good deal for four of us.. so it came out to $15/night/person and included breakfast:
