For those considering Ft Wilderness, I have been there several times with Cub Scout Packs and it is truly an awesome "camping" experience. Every path is clear and either paved or mulched, directions clearly marked and signs are signs are easy to read. Wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a cooling towel and water bottle per person, and bicycles are super helpful to get around. Box stores sell basic four wheeled wagons for about $60 or less - get one and you will never run out of uses for it!

I have a "Radio Flyer" wagon at home (Plastic but has higher side walls) and while it was for the kids, they no longer use it. I use it all the time around the property. Sadly I broke a wheel on it. I just haven't gotten around to getting a new one ordered (about $12.00). I still use it though. It's a front wheel and I just balance the weight of whatever I am hauling on the back and I can easily still use the wagon to move stuff around by holding the front up with the handle as I drag/roll it around.
