CHEF MICKEY!!!!Chef Mickey dinner
Fantasmic! lunch or dinner
Where is the best restaurant (price wise) to spend a TS credit? I haven't used the DP since Narcoosee's & LE Cellier went to 2.
Now where is the most expensive restaurant that still uses 1 for dinner?
The best restaurant is the one that has food you like! If the most expensive restaurant has nothing on the menu that you particularly care for, is that really the best value??? Look at the food items, not the prices!
The Disney Tourist Blog has a good article about maximizing the value of your table service credits (he has one for counter service as well). Articles like this on various sites are helping me plan for my next visit. There are great pics in the article/site too!

I understand that, and agree. My question is merely me doing my research. I am a steak and seafood person (and now gluten & dairy free).
What other than Chef Mickey's, we will definitely be going there, assuming we get an ADR?
Thanks so much for the links!!
If you have strict dietary concerns, that's what I'd be focused on rather than the price then. I'd be asking who has the best options for gluten and dairy free. I'm sure you'll get a of great advice and suggestions there. If the most expensive place serves only regular pasta and covers everything in cream sauce, it won't do much good! Whereas if one of the less expensive options has really great salads and gluten-free dishes, that would be a great choice.
Chef Mickey's is a perfect example. One of the most expensive buffets....and also about the worst!
You're welcome! I'm doing research too. I've never used the dining plan before and I'm hoping to get free dining if there's still availability when I book next week. If I can't get free dining, I'm considering paying for it.
I have a couple of more links I'm using to determine where/what I want to eat, value, etc...

This made me smile, thank you!! Haha I am looking for good steaks and seafood. Most restaurants have an entree or two that are notably more expensive than the rest of the menu. If wanting to have the priciest meal is a priority, consider items such as the steak at Tony's Town Square. One time we were on free dining, and I ordered that just to "stick it to the man".![]()
I thought the food over at Turf Grill in Saratoga Springs was really good. We could get steak and drinks like virgin pina colada there. That will be my Le Cellier substitute![]()
