Best value food shops in Orlando area

Whilst in Orlando, where do you guys do your food shopping if your staying off site?

I'm from the UK and generally pop to WalMart and Target but last time we were there meat wasn't the best ( or cheapest) in Wal-Mart. Although I do love to browse in there! ( last time my hubby left me in there for hours )
Are there other local cheaper supermarkets that locals go to that are better?

Here in the UK I go to Aldi's and sometimes Lidls, Costco, But never been to any of these in the States.

Where would you recommend please?

There are several Aldi's in the area now. We go to the one right off of 192 (4425 W. Vine Street, Kissimmee) to stock up when we're there. Can't beat a 24 pack of drinking water for $1.99. We also go to Winn Dixie afterwards to fill in what we couldn't find at Aldi's. It's a bit higher priced than Wal-Mart for most things, but isn't anywhere near as crazy as Wal-Mart, so worth it to us.

I love Publix, but I am not sure they are the cheapest. I just enjoy shopping there the most.

We always go to the Winn Dixie on S Apopka Vineland Rd. Lots of locals go there. The prices aren't bad and it is not crazy like Walmart.
