Friends of ours like to travel in August/Sept and usually week before Christmas... so December or/January. What UY should they be considering? Wanting your suggestions. Thanks so much!

Since July is not an available use year, I would say that August is probably your friends' best bet. That way, they could get their points right before they travel in the August/September time frame, and would still be within banking windows if they opt to travel during the holidays.

I agree with Crystal, August is a great one for them. Now, if for some reason, those August trips ever go into the last week of July, then I might go with a June UY.

All trips you mention would fall within the 8 month window that you have for banking so no chance of losing points from a cancelled trip since they would still be able to bank.

With a June UY, you have until January 31st to bank points. For an August UY, you get until March 31st.
