so i bought 12 types of sunscreen and now i'm onto the lotions...

skin so sensitive (dx with skin cancer) maybe i should be looking at moisturizers instead with high spf.

anyone btdt and likes a brand? hating the perfume kind i'm looking at.

thanks

You need to be careful, because the SPF ratings are just for UVB, not UVA. Most sunscreens in the last 5 years include protection for UVA, but it's not clear which is best from the label since the SPF number doesn't give any insight into UVA protection.

I'd suggest go to the library and find the issue of Consumer Reports that reviewed sunscreen. You'll get a complete picture form that.

Now...having said all that, I wouldn't "sweat" it. Any SPF over 15 is fine. Here are the Consumer Reports results for 2012. I'm assuming they may repeat for 2013 real soon: http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-504763_...nsumer-reports-rates-top-sunscreens-for-2012/

I like umbrella. It is made by Loreal and sold in Europe & Canada. My husband picks it up for me when he travels for work.

I really like Arbonne for babies. Very light scent compared to others. SPF 50 and about as natural as you're going to find.

I saw a recipe on Pinterest. Sorry I don't remember exact amounts. It was made from coconut oil, zinc oxide powder and Shea butter and a bit of water. No added chemicals!!!:cool1:
