best use year

We are looking into buying and I'm trying to understand "use year".
We like to vacation in August and November/ December.
What would be the best use year for us?

I would think July or August from those dates .If anything happened you could still bank 100% in DEC.

Things do change and Banking /Borrowing is the only real thing when trying to determing Use Year

I'd agree with the July or August suggestion.

We usually go in December and March/April. We picked October as our use year.

We do most of our traveling in December and chose a June use year since November is the 100% banking deadline for a June use year and we figured our plans would be firm by 30 days out in general so we would have the chance to bank our points. There is no July use year, so I think June or August would be particularly good for your situation.
