Best use of Mypoints?

Hello!! I have about 40,000 mypoints to redeem. We always use them for (Landrys) T-Rex but we aren’t eating there this year. What is the best way to redeem these for our trip?

Are you interested in eating at Yak & Yeti in AK? They are a Landry's restaurant. For Disney I usually get 1.Southwest 2.Landry's 3.Starbucks. We live 2 hours from the airport so we drive down the day before, so I might also redeem for a restaurant in the area (usually Red Robin) or for Hotels.com for our stay the night before the flight.

You could also redeem for Walmart and get Disney gift cards or if you plan on doing any grocery shopping while at WDW. One time I redeemed for Amazon and got a new camera bag.
What drives me crazy about MP is that the rewards all have different "values", Landry's and Old Navy are the best value point-wise. Paypal and Walmart are the worst so I have a hard time redeeming for those.

I redeem for virtual Visa cards and then use that to purchase Disney E gift card on Target.com. The ecards are delivered to email within an hour. I combine the ecard onto a physical Disney gift card using the disneygiftcardDOTcom site.

Thank you! The kids aren’t fond of Yak & Yeti. I was thinking maybe the Visa and using it to buy Disney gift cards at Adams online.

I use my MyPoints towards Amazon gift cards and use them to order groceries from AmazonPrimeNow once we get there. I don't earn very many MyPoints so I only have $20-$30 worth so it's not nearly as much as you have. With that amount, I would probably go with virtual visas and use them to buy Disney gift cards online from Target.

I’ve never purchased the virtual visa before. Can they be used online at Sams?

We love MyPoints, we always plan on eating at RFC, T Rex, and Yak and Yeti every trip. The food is pretty good as are the drinks! I also redeemed for restaurants on the way down and back. We drive from NC. When I have extra on my Landry’s gift cards that we don’t use for food I buy some souvenirs to bring home for family and friends. I also buy Walmart gift cards to use for weekly shopping and add in a Disney gift card.

You can use them anywhere but the amount you buy has to be the exact amount of the Visa or less. If it is more it will decline. If you have a Paypal account you can add it to your account and use Paypal to pay.

I planned to cashout Walmart, Sam’s or PayPal but it’s to much. So I’ll just do the virtual Visa. Hopefully I don’t have any problems converting them. I blew through my Disney ticket gift card fund at the Disney outlet. I’ve pretty much gotten half the fund back for $3.
