I made a bunch of Tshirts for our last Disney trip, and I was thrilled with how they turned out. We got lots of compliments on them. I used Avery dark Tshirt transfer paper on dark shirts.
Unfortunately, the transfers began deteriorating after a couple of years of frequent use. I had been careful - washed the tshirts beforehand, always washed inside out, etc. - but still the paper started peeling off the shirts.
Lately I've seen recommendations for HP's transfer paper. I used Avery before because it was the only dark transfer paper I found. Have folks had better luck with HP paper? Or is there a better paper to buy? I was just bummed because the design didn't last as long as the shirts.
I've got all the designs and shirt combinations settled. I just need to decide on the paper to use. Any and all suggestions welcome.
Thanks!

That was during the first wear. After the first wash, they were all peeling off like crazy. Out of 18 shirts, we do not have any that we could wear more than once.
I wasted a huge amount of time and money. Well, I guess it wasnt totally wasted since we enjoyed wearing the shirts while at Disney. I just wish Id known ahead of time that they were a one-wear thing. I say stick with the Avery.
