Trying to make ADRs...need suggestions. Le Cellier is already booked for our trip *sad*. Is Chefs de France any good? We eat all kinds of food, we just want high quality. Thanks!

Chefs is good. Tutto is good, Biergarten, Coral Reef.. do you want only Epcot restaurants? if so they are my favorite.

If you are committed to eating in Epcot, Chefs de France is very, very good. What I find better, however, is Bistro de Paris (located upstairs) but it is only open for dinner.

Chefs is awesome, Tutto is DA BOMB! and Beirgarten is a blast with very good food

Chefs was awful the night I was there in January. The food was uninspired and lacked appropriate seasoning, and the service was poorly timed and abrupt, borderline rude.

I don't know that there is any place in Epcot that I would really consider "high quality" other than Bistro de Paris. I personally enjoyed Tokyo Dining, Biergarten and Le Cellier the most of my meals at Epcot.

My husband and i are total foodies and are spoiled by tons of great food available to usin NYC... that being said my favorite resturant anywhere on the entire plant is Jiko at the AKL. Best filet mignon and short ribs on the planet IMO. Terrific, dim, romantic atmosphere and a ginormous wine selection... like 5,000 bottles or something ridiculous.

And you can still get into LeCelier.. when you get to Epcot walk directly to LeCelier when they open and ask to be seated.. you have to eat early (like 10:30 or 11 i think they open?) but we have always been seated that way. It is NOT the same as calling for a res day of... they reserv X nimber just for walk ups..

hope that helps!

Congrats on your anniv!

If you are up for a short walk, how about going over to YC and dining at Yachtsman Steak House. This is one of my favorite dining spots and IMHO, the steaks are much better that LeCellier.

Restaurant Marrakesh was very, very good. The CM were wonderful kids who we really enjoyed getting to know at our brief encounter. The entertainment was very good too.

Thanks for the replies! We are planning on being at Epcot on that particular day, and we'll have DD7 and DN11 with us. We have several character meals already reserved for the rest of our trip (Cinderella's Royal Table, Chef Mickey's, Hoop Dee Doo), so I was hopeful for something other than mediocre food and a character in my face for some change. :p

Maybe we'll try for Captain's Grill and enjoy a little boat ride. ;)

A agree that Jiko is AWESOME. But we also ressies for CA Grille, so we've used up alot of TS credits. I might sneak over there on my own since we're staying at AKV to have the buttersquash soup!
