Best transportation plan driving to AK

I am staying at the Dolphin resort and have early breakfast reservations at Ale & Compass at the Yacht Club. We are definitely driving to AK because we are driving home from there. What would make more sense:
1. Walk to Yacht Club from Dolphin for breakfast, walk back to Dolphin, grab car, and drive to AK
2. Drive from Dolphin to Yacht Club and park (with advanced reservation), eat breakfast, and drive from Yacht Club to AK.

I’m not sure 2 saves you much if any time over 1. But if you’re taking luggage to your car before you go for breakfast, I’d prob just go on and move the car over to Yacht Club then. That way you’re sure the car starts LOL

Not sure it matters much. They are so close together, probably quicker to walk to YC than drive there. Last trip we checked out of the Swan, put our stuff in the car, walked to Ale & Compass, but after breakfast we just went to the S/D pool for the afternoon, changing in the health club.
