The very fastest option will be car service. The chauffeur will meet you at baggage claim and take you right to the car one level below.
Mears Connect is another option, but there was a horror story on here the other day about someone who came in on a late flight being the eighth stop and arriving at their resort at 3am.

Mears Connect is not convenient for SW pax. Get luggage. Schelp luggage back up ro level 3, diagonally across airport then down to level 1. Ride share or prebooked car service is the way to go. Some car services have a surcharge for late night pick ups
