Best Time?

We are thinking about going May 23-29th but I know thats the week before memorial day do you think it will be packed? Are we better off going the week before? Please help

we went last year and in 07 at that time and the crowds were low to moderate the weather was worm and Sunny in 07 but last year we had a freak monsoon but it was still nice and the closer to the holiday the crowded it got but it was still manageable
