Just wanted to ask and see what everyone's opinions are on when the best time to go to WDW is. We just made our first trip ever back in September, and now we want to plan a trip for next year. We went the week after Labor Day and the crowds were awesome. It also seemed to be a good time to go as far as prices. We are a married couple with no kids, so we can pretty much go at any time of the year. The only thing is that we would like to keep it in the warmer months so that we can still visit the water parks, but definitely not during peak time! I know I've seen a lot of posts here about the "love bugs" that invaded Orlando a few weeks ago, and fourtuntaley we missed them by a couple of weeks when we were there, but now I'm worried that if we booked for about the same time next year, that we'll be among the invasion! TIA!

We find Sept. to be great. We have never had a bug problem and the weather is warm enough for swimming. Added bonus is the low attendance and MNSSHP.

We just went Oct. 8-13 and the crowds wasn't that bad. The longest we had to wait w/out fass pass was about 30 min. It was still warm enough to swim (82-88). It didn't look like the water parks was that busy either. We didn't swim but had to go there on the Dsiney busses to pick up people.
