Best time to visit?? Feb thru May

We just got back from DLR about 4 days ago and I want to go back soooo bad. The soonest we could swing it would be sometime late February and on. I would want to avoid the summer crowd (and hot weather) too.

We have 2 small kids so DL staying open super late isn't a big deal either.

So what are your favorite times to visit during late winter thru spring?

If you don't want crowds, then you'll want to avoid the Spring Break crowd too. Spring Break is often more crowded than summer (non 4th July). Spring Break is often mid-March to mid-April. So I would recommend going late April/early May. By then most rides are open (with the occasional one down right before summer) and the weather is gorgeous (warm and sunny, not humid). Plus schools are still in and it won't be very crowded.

There are big cheerleading events in February and March. Just not sure exact dates.
