best time to stay

when is the best and cheapest time to stay at a value resort. Plan on coming the second week of June 05 but would change if we could get cheaper rates at a different time. The only thing is the kids and school

The rooms would be cheapest during Value Season. For the value resorts the 2005 season dates are:

Value Season: January 1 - February 16, August 28 - October 4, November 27 - December 19
Regular Season: April 17 - August 27, October 5 - November 26
Peak Season: February 17 - April 16
Holiday Season: December 20 - 31

late august up 'til labor day is the BEST time to go (hurricanes aside!) as the rates are great and the crowds are low... so, depending on when school starts for you, this may be an option...

if you school has a fall break in Sept - yes some schools do - that would be the best.
