Best time to ride 7dmt

My friend and I will be in MK on 2/28 from around 9pm on and again in Monday 3/2. Not sure if we'll be able to get FP in advance so what's the best time to ride 7dmt. It's on my must do list but I'd like to try and find a time with shorter lines.

At night, easily

Lines are shorter late at night, the ride feels faster (especially towards back of train), and the weather feels better. Worst time would probably be right after park opens and around noon

I've done it twice now without fastpasses. The first time was right at rope drop, and even though basically everyone at rope drop went straight to 7DMT it was still only about a 10 minute wait. The second time I did it was immediately after the fireworks, and that was about a 20-25 minute wait (though, again, everyone else had the same idea). I would imagine that during the fireworks the line would be relatively short, but I wasn't willing to sacrifice Wishes for that ride

We did it at rope drop.

Walked while others jogged (and were yelled at by CM's to "Walk Please!") and when we got to the ride it already said 45minutes.

Took all of 11 minutes for us to get on. Not sure why they put such high wait times.

Doubt you'll find shorter waits than that unless you get real close to closing time.

Enter the line about 5 min before closing time is the other good time.

right before midnight on Jan 28 get your puter ready and as soon as it turns Jan 29 get on and select your FP - you should be able to get it. get on line and get the FP. You should be able to get it. I got mine for the 26th right at the time it opened

Unfortunately, we're not going to be purchasing our tickets until next week from Undercover Tourist so we won't get them until sometime in February. Looks like we'll be trying during Wishes or right before close because rope drop ain't happening My tolerance for lines is ~30 minutes. I'd rather skip rides since I know I'll be back sometime. For 7DMT I might wait longer than that once...might!
