best time to go to disney

We are looking at going to wdw next spring...what month would people suggest?? March, April or May??

I've been the first week of March and the first week of May. In May the temps were already hot and there were several senior trip groups. This mainly affected Hollywood studios. In March the weather was nice. We were able to wear shorts and go swimming. The crowds were starting to pick up due to spring breaks. The only park that was busy was MK. We are discussing going in the spring and will probably go the end of April or the first week in May. The weather will be warmer and the crowds should decrease after Easter.

nice temperatures - March

flower/garden- March, April & May

although to me - nothing beats March for flowers - there are shurbs that only bloom then - it is just lovely!

March especially during the busy times has late hours.

From Mid March on, the weather is ideal! We have been going the last 20+ years and find that although you might experience some rain, the lack of high humidity is great! Expect large crowds though! College and Spring Break weeks usually fall about this time!

We went in May, 08 and it was great. Didn't have any kind of wait for rides. Used FP for the main rides. The weather was hot but not like in the summer. It was great for swimming which we did at our resort. In the evening we sat around the pool with beach towels on our legs b/c it was getting chilly.

We loved Disney in November! Great weather, low crowds and Christmas decorations too!
