Best time to go for temps in the 70's?

We have always been in the summer to WDW and the heat just really gets to us. What all times of the year is high 60's to 70's? Thanks!!!

When we were there for Christmas it was high 60s low 70s.
I'm pretty sure Jan. Is about the same. But I know the weather fluctuates a LOT!

I'd look at historical February weather. January could be a nice option but seems to be a lot more variable and you could have cold days then.

We just got back, we went Feb 3-7. It was beautiful weather. The 6th it got kinda dreary and cool but all the other days were perfect. It would hit 80' but it wasn't a HOT 80', it was very pleasant. This is the second year in a row for going the first week of February.
Also is is a great low crowd time. There were a few tour groups but they only effected us once, at a Mickey greet. Also is a cheerleading completion but we never saw any of them. We stayed at Pop Century, buses were quick and pretty light, we never had to stand.
We tend to go weekdays.
Only downfall is Splash has been closed that week both years.

As others have said, January (and February) can vary. If you look at historical weather (weatherchannel on line or weather.com) you can see averages...

but we experienced as high as low 80s in Jan/Feb and as low as freak 30s in that time too! Ofcourse it is definately cooler than the stifling heat of summer but you could hit a heat wave week or few days.

Mid-November tends to be really nice temperature wise. Usually in the mid-70's.

Always remember, averages are made up of extremes...

You'll never be guaranteed of those temps because usually you need a cold front to go through for highs in the 60s and 70s.

But, you can definitely better your chances December through February. November will be hit or miss. March onward will be hit or miss. Even December through February can be spotty, because if a cold front hasn't gone through and it's just normal FL weather, it will be highs in the low to mid 80s.
