Best time to call disney

When is the best time to call Disney to avoid long waiting on hold? Thank you for the tips.

I seem to have the best luck around 1 pm eastern time.

I've had much luck calling in right before work, say 7:30am ish, rarely an wait time.

Best time is 11 pm est. no one is holding then

Best is not to call either first thing in the morning or doing the lunch hour; most people are calling first thing in the morning or break from lunch.

Best to call mid-morning and you will always get through or mid-afternoon.

So far I've only called twice - once at 3pm EST on a Wednesday and once at 7pm EST on a Friday and didn't have to wait either time.
