I haven't been camping since I was 10 years old (a LONG time ago), but I've lately gotten the itch to try it out...

When would be the best time (weatherwise) to go tent camping at WDW? Our daughter is only a year old, so I don't have to worry about school, but I don't want her freezing or getting heat stroke.

Our family takes an RV but some prefer to tent it so we go Oct.-Dec. for best weather. Just be sure you prepare for rain in your planning when ever you go as it's common to have a stray pop up shower any day any season!!! Layered clothing for fall as the weather can be quite changable! Sunscreen too even in cooler temps!

It all depends on you. If hot weather is your thing then now is great. We live in Florida and would tent camp as stated in the post above. October November can be stormey and December through Feburary you could need heat. March, April & May best chance of nice tent weather.
