Best time of day to make ADR's

I had to cancel our LeCellier ADR for lunch and have been unable to make a new one on the dates in Sept. that I need for a table of 5. Does anyone know what time the system is updated to add in cancelled tables? I don't know if they hold all the cancellations and download them at night so they are open in the morning or if the cancelled table goes back into inventory as soon as it is cancelled.

They show up as soon as they are cancelled. There is no particularly "good" time of the day to get reservations (that I am aware of).

Last year I needed 'Ohana and it took me a couple of months of checking several times every single day before it showed up.

Also, you can check the "Cancelled reservation" thread for the month you are going. There is one for each month. Keep watching that and people post when they cancel so you can hopefully run in and snatch up the reservation as soon as they've cancelled it.

My suggestion is to just keep trying. You will most likely get what you want eventually.
