Best time (least crowded) at Fantasia Gardens?

We want to try miniature golf at Fantasia Gardens in May. Since we're going the week of Memorial Day, we're really concerned about crowds. What's the best time of day to go to avoid the crowds? I know Memorial Day is definitely out, but would you think there are other more or less crowded days?

The last time we played at Fantasia Gardens, was mid afternoon, it was just us and another group playing. We then headed over to the Boardwalk for dinner, and then over to Epcot for Illuminations.
I would guess, the evenings and weekends would be most crowded.

The evenings are usually very crowded...I would definately avoid evenings.

We play Fantasia Gardens every day at WDW. When you
go back to your resort for a rest in the afternoon -go play
minigolf-It's always deserted and alot of fun (can get pretty
hot out there in May not much cover). Evenings are crowded.

Thanks everyone! Reading these posts, I just got to thinking-how's general supper-time, say 5-5:30? When does it start to get crowded in the evening?

I don't know if this would work out for you, we've found it's great to go just before closing on a warm evening. Watched Illuminations from the Boardwalk, spent some time there, grabbed a giant oatmeal raisin cookie at the Dolphin Grill, & then had a great time mini-golfing at Fantasia.
