Best time For oogie boogie bash?

I'm thinking before planning a full trip I might want to dip my toe in by going to a Halloween party but would like to go at the best time for smaller crowds, when should I plan for that? I can litterly go anytime.

Every date will sell out and OBB sells out quickly. You’ll have a similar experience regardless of which date you go. Earlier dates will cost less.
