best time for dinner at 1900??

I have a PS for 1900 Park Fare at 4:50pm. When I made the PS, I thought that would be a great time for dinner (thinking we would go back to the room in the afternoon, then have dinner and go back to MK). Now I'm thinking later might be better, at the very end of the night, then we can go crash in the room (we're staying at GF).

Thoughts and tips are greatly appreciated!!!
