OK, read all about the Paris Visite, Carte Orange, T+ ticket. Still confused about what's best!

We are arriving by night train from Italy. Staying in Montparnasse for 2 nights. During that time, we'll no doubt use the Metro to get to a few sites (Louvre, Tour Effiel, Notre Dame). On Friday, we'll take the RER to Disneyland, where we'll stay at the Hotel Paris for 2 nights. Then we take the train direct to London on Monday (have tickets for that already).

So what's the best ticket to buy for the Metro and RER? 2 adults, 2 kids (9&13).

I'm afraid for this occasional use there is no discount ticket avalaible. What you need to take is a ticket that covers zone 1-5.

One ticket is 6,30 euros, you can buy 10 for 50,40.

Only your 9 year old can benefit from the reduced price which is half price.
That'd be 6*6,30 and 2*3,15 (i understood you need return tickets)

As where to get them, any subway station, you can go to a man operated booth, or automatic dispenser which speak in every languages and accept many credit cards.

Hope i could help !

Tata !

Ps: Ticket T+is just a way they found to promote their new tickets that differs from the old ones... They're just the regular subway tickets fancily named.
