Best Ticket to buy/Disney Quest

I had originally planned on being at the Port Orleans French Quarter for seven days and maybe visiting the parks for 5 or 6 days. We thought we would do one water park like Blizzard Beach. I decided the 7 day hopper made the most sense,and pay the gate admission for Blizzard Beach. Now my family said they also want to do Seaworld. Should I go for the seven day pass with the no expiration option? I would probably use 4 days, pay for a day at Blizzard Beach and Sea World Separately. I had to waste 3 days and the difference in price is so small isn't it?

Finally, what is Disney Quest, a giant interactive Video game? I didn't remember this being at Disney five years ago during our last visit....

I personally wouldn't buy the non-expiration option unless you're certain you're going back, AND you're going to buy a 10 day pass.

If you go back, chances are you're going to need more than 2 days, and then you're stuck having to purchase fewer days, and you're going to end up paying more.

I would buy the 7 day expiring. If you never use 2 of the days, you are out $2. AND, if before you leave you decide you DO want to keep those 2 extra days, you can add the non-expiration. But you can't take it off.
