Best Threads for the Late Planner?

We're leaving for Universal tomorrow, and with some circumstances beyond my control, I just haven't had time to do the research I should have. Are there particular threads that would be helpful to read? We're staying at the Portofino and really looking forward to some time away with just the kids. Any advice would be much appreciated!
