My question was created by another thread on "eating somewhere special"...

DH and I love Teppanyaki - is a fun dining experience and we like the food. Have been to the Teppanyaki in Epcot (for lunch) and loved it. However we are not planning to go back to Epcot this yeah and it seems like quite a trek just for dinner (or is there some easy way just to get there for dinner?).

The only other Teppanyaki we have been to in Orlando (or, at least, when I was old enough to remember) is the Benihana in the basement of a hotel on I drive. We are normally Benihana fans, but this was not the best and the atmosphere was very dark and claustrophobic - didn't have the charm of most benihanas...

We will be based in Reunion for only 4 days, so what would be your suggestions?

Thanks
Boo

I'm sure there is, or used to be, a Benihana at one of the DTD hotels on Hotel Plaza Boulevard. I can't remember which one which I know is not very helpful! But hopefully this may jog someone's memory :)

There is a japanese steakhouse called Shogun located inside the Rodeway Inn on I-Drive nearer the top by wet and wild, we stayed there on our first year and ate there and went back for dinner the second year.

Kobe in Lake Buena Vista at the Vista centre,we always go at least once. Only once have we been & it's not been great & that was down to the large american party we ended up with,as they went every week, they really didn't get into the spirit of it & the chef soon realised- the food was still good though
SD :thumbsup2
