Best Table Service with a 2 year old?

Going to WDW 12-4 to 12-9. We have the Quick Service dining plan, but we want to book at least one table service meal (aside from the character breakfast(s) we're currently planning). We will have our DD2 with us, so it will have to be a place that probably wouldn't take too long, would be most likely to honor the ADR in a timely manner, and would be least likely to mind a screaming kid (though she's usually very good at restaurants).

All the restaurants have safe kids' menus, so I'm not worried about food options.

Here are some of our favorites that we have enjoyed before the baby was born:
- Le Cellier
- San Angel Inn
- Mama Melrose
- Jiko
- California Grill

I'm leaning towards Mama Melrose mainly due to the lack of good counter service at DHS.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Chad

how about Hollywood & Vine? a buffet can be a bit of "work" w/a 2yo, but it's quick food (no waiting for a server!) and kid-friendly food and if you go for b'fast or lunch, it's playhouse disney characters, which your 2yo might recognize!

otherwise i was going to suggest the b'fast at 'ohana... it's one of our faves!

The food is HS is definately not as good as the others you have listed above.

I recommend Ohana's. Lots of room between tables, activities for her to watch even if she can't participate and the servers were very good at the special request my nephew had ( he was in the plan noodle stage on that trip )

My niece is almost 3 and we have been to Disney with her 6 times (I know, she is horribly spoiled!) so we have definitely been able to "test the waters" regarding TS and toddlers! My recommendations would be:

- Boma (buffet and always quick seating - you can usually show up early)
- Hollywood and Vine (buffet)
- Biergarten (buffet and there is a show/music to preoccupy her)
- Whispering Canyon Cafe (they do lots of games for the little kids, so even if she is too young to participate, she usually gets a kick out of watching everything)

We have tried several other TS restaurants with my niece and you can just never depend on getting seated quickly or being served quickly, depending on the crowds.

Hope this helps!

In 2008, we took our almost 2 year old and 4 year olds - I was very worried because they don't always last through a sit down meal at restaurants (not bad behavior, just antsy), but they did very well at the San Angel Inn and Mama Melrose's. Sci-fi Dine in was also very easy to keep them occupied, though we know their food does not always get raves...:)
