Best Sweet Treat (Dessert) in World

OMG! i wished i had a picture right now of the best dessert in disney! it happened @ starring rolls @ DHS one afternoon. we were using a QS there and they have great sandwiches btw, but my dh picked this butterfinger cupcake! it was huge and when he took a bite, it had this white cream (like the stuff doughnuts @ crispy creme) along with chocolate. we've been to a lot of places to eat in disney and we couldn't get over this dessert. you can go by there and get it for a snack too. we went back to dhs just to get one on our last trip and they stop serving like @ 4:00! my dh was devastated! we will be back in may to try again!
have fun eating!!

Here's your wished for picture of some Butterfinger cupcakes that DISer MickieNicki (big thanks to her!) posted on the Disney "Food Porn" thread:

The one on the right :)

Looks yummy, and added to my list!

Hands down favorite in our family is the Ice Cream Cookie Sandwich from Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square. Only "trouble" is that you have to eat quickly as those two great, big, warm chocolate chip cookies tend to melt that delicious ice cream!

I honestly don't think I can pick just one...

Funnel Cake @ Sleepy Hollow in MK
Sundae @ Ghirardelli
Pretty much anything from Main Street Bakery

I could go on and on and on.....

MMMMMM...funnel cake.....:lovestruc

My all time favorite is a Dole Whip from the stand near the Jungle Cruise! makes my tongue dance!:dance3:

MK- Dole Whip float
Epcot- School Bread from Norway Bakery and margaritas from Mexico
AK-???
DS- Milkshake from Sci Fi Dine In

Does that count as a snack credit?

most definitely the beignets at POFQ and the croissants with chocolate chips in them which you can find at most of the food courts. POR also has really good cheesecake with different choices of fruit for the top.

The napoleans in France at the Boulangerie Paterisserie.
YES:thumbsup2

Also the ice cream sandwiches at main st bakery. Two giant chocolate chip cookies with vanilla bean ice cream scooped in between.

OK, now I am seriously drooling!

Funnel cakes in Sleepy Hollow
Dole Whip Float
Sweet pretzels in Norway
Beignets at POFQ

(We've never had a problem getting the powdered sugar funnel cakes but I've read that some CMs don't allow it as a snack credit)

Can't pick just one...

Mickey shaped rice crispie treats w/ chocolate. (found everywhere)
Milkshake and really any desert at Beaches & Cream (Beach Club Resort)
Dole Whip (MK @ Aloha Isle)
Chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich (MK @ Main Street Bakery)
Kaki Gori (EPCOT in Japan)
Anything from Boulangerie Patissierie in France and anything at Goofy's Candy Company in DTD

ZEBRA DOMES!!! Goodness - I thought all of you people were crazy before I actually tried them myself. Now I dream about them

Head over to AKL and stuff yourself!

Have no trouble finding lots of favorites, lol. A few would include:
Dole whip from Magic Kingdom
Sweet Almond Pretzel from Kringla Bakeri in Epcot
giant Cinnamon Roll(me) and apple turnover(hubby) at Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom
carrot cake cookie & coffee slushie from Writer's STop in Hollywood Studios
Frozen minute maid lemonade in Animal Kingdom
Mickey ice cream bar from anywhere
and almost any bakery item from any resort food court or park bakery:)

...just wanted to say some of the stuff people are mentioning is only available as desserts at table service restaurants, not at counter service places. And ASK before you go for any treats at Goofy's Candy Co in Downtown Disney: a lot of the "traditional" favorites like many versions of the make-your-own treats are not allowed as snacks anymore. People have been surprised at the check-out!

One of my favorite sweets are the hot candied pecans from Epcot or AK.
Unfortunately, the CMs can never seem to keep up with the demand. We were there for two weeks in December and could only get them once!:eek: Oh well, they are worth the wait.

My husband votes for Dole Whips at MK or hot fudge sundaes at Prime Time Diner at DHS.
I vote for Mickey icecreams on a stick anywhere I can get them!
My son votes for the Kitchen Sink at Beaches and Cream at the Beach Club...yes...our family got it....our son finished it.

Sunshine Season at the Land has some really great dessert options. They have a couple of chocolate cakes, strawberry shortcake, creme brulee, butterfinger cheesecake, and several other items that are definitely worth the trip. Great desserts for a CS.

The combination of Tanzanie Chocolate Pyramid, Hawaiian Kona Chocolate Soufflé, and Peruvian Chocolate Ice Cream on Puff Pastry which is served in the CT and QVR at V&A.

Chocolate mousse at the Boulangerie
Lefse at Kringla
Mickey bars anywhere
